Prepurchase Survey

We regularly survey new and used fiberglass, steel and aluminum boats and small craft for Buyers.  When surveying your next boat, we will examine and report on the condition of the hull, machinery and equipment onboard.  USCG and ABYC standards will be referenced for US and state registered boats.  SOLAS and UK MCA standards can also be applied for tenders and small craft under 79 ft (24 meters)

Thermographic imaging, ultrasonic thickness measurements, oil sampling & analysis can be carried out on request.  We can also complete detailed electrical surveys and coordinate engine surveys by qualified technicians and maker's service providers.
